Marco brings senior international leadership experience across complex, technology-enabled and service-intensive environments in Europe, the Americas, Africa and Central Asia. His background combines corporate leadership across P&L, operations, transformation and performance improvement with earlier independent executive assignments delivered against defined mandates in Africa, Latin America and Europe.

His work sits at the intersection of operations leadership, business transformation, operating model, turnaround and execution — combining strategic judgement with the ability to step close to the business, restore control where needed, clarify ownership, align leadership and stakeholders, and drive change through to measurable outcomes.
